Welcome to KRG Chits. By accessing our website or enrolling in our chit fund schemes, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
Participants must be legally eligible to enter into financial agreements under Indian law. Valid identity and address proof are mandatory.
2. Chit Scheme Enrollment

Enrollment is subject to approval by KRG Chits.

Members must clearly understand the chit value, tenure, monthly installment, and auction process before joining.

Once enrolled, members are bound by the terms of the selected chit scheme.
3. Payments

Monthly installments must be paid on or before the due date.

Delayed payments may attract penalties as per company policy.

Continued default may result in termination or legal action as permitted by law.
4. Auctions & Payouts

Auctions will be conducted as per the agreed schedule.

Payouts are subject to submission of required documents and completion of verification.

KRG Chits reserves the right to withhold payouts in case of non-compliance.
5. Member Responsibilities
Members are responsible for providing accurate information and updating any changes in personal or contact details.
6. Cancellation & Termination
Early exit, cancellation, or termination of membership will be governed by the chit agreement and applicable laws.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to KRG Chits’ operating location.
